Introducing our DDYC

We are excited to introduce Jack Dilly as our newly appointed Deputy District Youth Commissioner. Jack will be joining Harrison on our youth team and we are all looking forward to working with him. Many of you may know Jack from his time at Old Basing, but we have included a short introduction below.

Hi All

My name is Jack and I will be joining the District team as Deputy District Youth Commissioner. I first joined the scouting movement in 2008 as a beaver at 1st Basingstoke and have grown up through the sections into my role as a section assistant at Old Basing cubs. I have also joined the BEAST team where we will be delivering adventurous activities across the district, and now look forward to the new challenges of being DDYC!

I look forward to meeting all the groups and sections across Basingstoke East in my role to help roll out the #youshape badge which aims to make scouting better for all!
