Annual Awards Celebration

We are excited to announce that our Annual Adult Awards Celebration is returning for 2023! Taking place on Saturday 14th January volunteers from across the district will come together to be recognised for their awards. This exclusive event is for those who have received or been nominated for an award across the course of 2022.

Invitations are making their way to our recipients, so look out for yours arriving on your doorstep soon. However we want to ensure we are recognising as many of our adult volunteers as possible so this is your chance to nominate someone who’s gone that extra mile  and get them their invite to this event.

As well as the usual Scout awards we’ve introduced some local awards and really want to see your nominations for these:

• Beaver leader of the year – Which Beaver leader has stood out and gone that extra mile.
• Cub leader of the year – Which Cub leader has stood out and gone that extra mile.
• Scout leader of the year – Which Scout leader has stood out and gone that extra mile.
• Explorer leader of the year – Which Explorer leader has stood out and gone that extra mile.
• Exec Member of the year – Do any members of your group or district exec deserve some extra recognition.
• District Star of the year – Who has really stood out this year, anywhere in the district – group, district, etc this award is open to all!
