Constitution Update

In February 2023, the Scouts Policy, Organisation and Rules (POR) was updated, part of this update saw the removal of rule 4.25 which was directly linked to the District Constitution. As this is a substantial change, we need sometime to update our constitution to align correctly.
An amendment has therefore been made to the current constitution to highlight that it aligns with the October 2022 version of POR, before the removal of 4.25. This amendment has been ratified by the District Board of Trustees on 5th April 2022 and the updated constitution will be presented at the 2023 AGM.
