District Chair Update

It’s with mixed emotions to announce that Pete Byrne will be stepping down as District Chair as of 20th July 2023 due to him being offered the District Commissioner role in Basingstoke West from 21st July 2023.

We’d like to thank Pete for all his work leading the District Trustee Board, and his time spent at 11th Basingstoke and 1st Basingstoke in programme roles, but we’re super excited for him to take on this new challenge in Basingstoke West and continue working together to bring the two districts closer together and will continue supporting 1st Basingstoke as an Occasional Helper.

What’s next?
We need to recruit a new District Chair. It’s a great time to join the District Trustee Board with plenty happening, and an opportunity to help shape the future.
