Award Nominations Now Open

Annual Award Nominations are now open!

Each year we take nominations for our local awards where it’s the opportunity to recognise our adult volunteers across the district, but to make that happen we need your nominations. If you know someone who has really stood out for you in your group this year, or someone in the wider team who’s really helped you out or one of your trustees who’s gone the extra mile then please nominate them for one of our awards.

There are 7 categories for them to enter this year:

• Squirrel leader of the year
• Beaver leader of the year
• Cub leader of the year
• Scout leader of the year
• Explorer leader of the year
• Trustee of the year
• District Star of the year

All nominees will find out if they have won in their category at our annual awards event taking place in January. Nominations are now open and will close in October half term. As always our nominations for National awards remain open and can be accessed via the same nomination form, these include commissioner commendations, gallantry awards, etc.
