Another event which is growing each year is the District Hike. This event sees Cubs and Scouts test out their navigational skills in small groups as they find their way along the route, with a few added challenges thrown in at checkpoints.
For Cubs, we are asking each Pack to provide enough adults to cover their ratio of Cubs. For Scouts, we are able to accommodate young people even if there are no adults attending from your Scout Troop, but do require volunteers to help run the day.
Sign-up for young people will be via OSM and adults will sign up via an online form. Adults will be required to attend from each group. OSM invites should be sent at the start of the Spring term.
