Welcome to our District Hub
Our District Hub is our HQ and collaboration & training facility for Basingstoke East. It has multiple rooms available for use by all our groups and the wider Scout community plus we are working on a youth workshop which we hope to open in the very near future.

Below you’ll find details of all the bookable rooms within the hub and their availability.
Basingstoke East Users – Booking Instructions
The following instructions will help our internal users book these facilities, if you are not a Basingstoke East User please complete our booking request form.
Step 1: Go to your Scouting calendar
Step 2: Click “New Event”
Step 3: Add your event details, such as title of event, add invitees, choose the date/time
Step 4: In the “Room/Location” field type “hub” and you will see the various hub rooms appear underneath with their availability for that time slot.
Step 6: Select the room you would like, make sure it appears in the box as shown and then click “Send”
Step 7: You will get an email from the room letting you know it has been provisionally booked. This confirms you have requested the room
Step 8: Within 48 hours you will get an “Accepted” or “Declined” from the room. This is your final confirmation on the room. Once accepted it is yours to use and nobody else can book it.
