Then join us for this online training session on how to use OSM on Thursday 30th September. We will take you through some of the core functions of OSM and show you how to use each part. There will be a chance to ask questions along the way so that you can start better utilizing this amazing tool that you have and getting more time back!

We have set this up in smaller modules so that on the night you can drop in and out between modules, meaning you only need to come to the parts that interest you, or come to the whole thing! We will release module timings along with a zoom link closer to the time however the whole session will run from 19:00-21:30.

Module 1 – Members

Managing your members and their personal details, using the attendance register to keep a track of people and how member details can help you with your census return.

Module 2 – Your Programme

An overview of the Programme functionality, how to use it to record badge criteria, cover risk assessments and using the parent rota.

Module 3 – Events

Your one stop place to organise all your camps, days out, etc. Here we look at member attendance, risk assessments and much more.

Module 4 – Parent Portal

A really impressive tool for keeping parents engaged – here we will look at how you set up your parent portal and all the great stuff parents can see and do with this.

Module 5 – Badges

An overview on using the badge section to keep young peoples records up to date, how you can use this area to plan your next terms programme and achieve more top awards.

Module 6 – Online Payments

Setting up and using this amazing function which will allow your group to really go cashless!

We will not be covering the accounting part of OSM at this stage, but may look to run a separate session on that at a later date.
