Hub Room Booking

We’re making good progress on preparing the District Hub for it’s opening event on Thursday 7th September. A big shout out to the amazing volunteers who have been helping with everything from cleaning to painting and much more. Don’t forgot to let us know if you can make the opening event.

We are pleased to announce that the room booking for the hub is now available via Microsoft 365.

• Collaboration Space – for workshops and meetings of up to 50 people
• Gilwell Room – for meetings of up to 12 people
• Brownsea Room – for meetings of up to 6 people

The youth workshop room is making great progress and we will announce some more information on that shortly. We will also upload some pictures after the opening event.

All the above rooms are bookable from the 8th September onwards and full information on how to book can be found here.
