The way that you order badges is changing!
We’re excited to let you know that the Badge ordering process for the district has been streamlined and moved online.
From today you can now order badges on our new site at badgeorder.bescouts.org.uk. You can also click across from your Adult Support Site at anytime. From the 1st March 2021 all badge orders will need to be placed in this manner and the old spreadsheets will no longer be accepted. This new process streamlines the whole process from the point of ordering through to invoicing the group.
You will need to log into the badge order site with your Microsoft 365 account which will automatically pick up which group you are from. If your primary role is a district role, you will be able to select which group you are placing an order for. We are sure you will agree this is a much simpler process than the forms you have been using. Once you have a placed an order you will be able to easily track it’s status until received.
