Scouting Supplies Update

Predictably, the financial statement for 2020 showed a significant drop in both receipts and profit given we could only open for three months of the year. Provisional accounts were presented to the Management Committee at the January Quarterly meeting and books etc are currently with the External Examiner for certification
We plan to re-open as soon as face-to-face Scouting resumes but that is likely to be some weeks hence. Meantime, enquiries continue to be dealt with working within government and Scout Association guidelines. Delays are being experienced on delivery for special made scarves (i.e. any involving two colour or border designs). Groups are advised to ‘buy-in order supplies now in readiness for what is likely to be a high demand. Group orders arranged on request.
